Service fees vary depending on the event, artist, seat category, and demand. Each event has different pricing which will be communicated during the booking process.
A booking slot is a non-refundable deposit that secures our service for your ticket request. This fee reserves our team's time and effort to attempt ticket acquisition on your behalf.
No. Booking slots are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, regardless of whether tickets are successfully acquired or not.
No. Tickets are NOT guaranteed due to system limitations, high demand, and ticket availability. We will make our best effort, but success cannot be guaranteed.
If we are unable to secure tickets, your booking slot remains non-refundable. For assisted payment method, the full ticket price will be refunded.
If tickets are successfully acquired, there are no refunds. You must complete the full payment and the tickets will be delivered to you according to the agreed terms.
If the concert/event is cancelled by the organizer, service fees remain non-refundable. Ticket price refunds will follow the official organizer's refund policy.
For Indonesian concerts, either client data or Horawranghae data can be used. For international concerts, client data MUST be used for ticketing purposes.
Presale tickets require membership. We can use either the client's existing membership or purchase/use Horawranghae membership (additional fee applies). Membership fees are non-refundable.
You provide 1 priority choice and up to 3 backup choices. We will attempt to secure seats in order of your preferences, subject to availability.
Two options: (1) Self Payment - using your own card during checkout, or (2) Assisted Payment - using Horawranghae card with no additional fees.
You MUST update us immediately via chat in real-time. The chat timestamp will be used as proof. This prevents duplicate purchases.

We operate from 08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday. Responses outside these hours will be handled on the next business day.
