IMPORTANT: By making a booking, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the following terms & conditions

Ticketing Fees & Pricing

Information about our service fees

Ticketing assistance fees vary depending on the event, artist, ticket demand, and seat category.

The final fixed service fee will be confirmed after the official seat plan and ticket categories are released.

Booking Slot & Payment Structure

How to secure your booking slot

A NON-REFUNDABLE booking slot deposit is required to secure your ticketing slot.

This booking slot fee already includes the ticketing service fee unless otherwise stated.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:

There is no 100% guarantee that tickets will be successfully obtained.

If tickets are NOT secured, the booking slot fee remains non-refundable.

If tickets are successfully secured, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Voluntary cancellation by the customer, unused slots, or changes of mind are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the event that a concert is cancelled by the organizer, the ticketing service fee is non-refundable, as the ticketing service has been successfully completed and the ticket has been secured.

Customer Data & Ticket Ownership

Use of data for ticket processing

For concerts held in Indonesia, tickets may be processed using Horawranghae's data or the customer's personal data, depending on the agreed arrangement.

For concerts held outside Indonesia, customers are required to use their own personal data and ticketing accounts.

Horawranghae is not responsible for issues arising from customer-provided data or accounts, including login errors, verification failures, or regional restrictions.

Presale Terms

Information about presale and membership

Presale usually requires a membership code.

Membership codes can be provided by:

The customer, or

Horawranghae (if the customer does not have a membership)*

*Horawranghae's Membership:

Membership is subject to an additional fee of approximately IDR 50,000 – 150,000 (depending on the artist and membership price).

Presale does NOT guarantee ticket availability.

Membership fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of whether the ticket is successfully secured or not.

This is because the membership has been purchased and verified for the specific concert in order to be used during presale.

Section Priority Selection

Priority and backup section selection

Must Provide:

Recommendation:

Backup sections are strongly recommended, especially if the main priority section is highly competitive or limited, such as:

  • VIP with benefits
  • Soundcheck access
  • Photo 1:1 sessions
  • Send-off sessions
  • Other exclusive packages

Providing backup options significantly increases the chances of successful ticket acquisition.

Ticket Payment Methods

Payment method options for tickets

1 Self Payment (Using Customer's Credit Card)

For events requiring self-payment, customers must remain fully available and responsive during the official ticketing time.

Credit card details will be requested before ticketing sales begin.

Failure to complete payment promptly may result in ticket loss, and no refunds will be issued.

2 Assisted Payment (Using Horawranghae's Credit Card)

The customer does not need to provide credit card details.

The ticket fee must be transferred maximum is D-1 before ticket sales begin.

Refund Policy:

If the ticket is not successfully secured, Horawranghae will provide a 100% refund of the ticket price only.

Please note that the refunded amount will be adjusted to the actual amount received, as transaction, administration, currency conversion, or payment method fees may be automatically deducted by the payment provider. Refunds will be processed based on the net amount received by Horawranghae.

Terms if Customer Joins Ticketing Independently

REAL-TIME COMMUNICATION IS CRUCIAL

Customer Obligations:

Customers must immediately clearly and real-time inform Horawranghae if they secure tickets on their own.

Communication validity is based on chat timestamp.

Scenario 1: Customer Informs FIRST

If the customer SECURES the ticket independently and informs Horawranghae first before any update is given, then:

Ticketing service fee will NOT be charged.

Booking slot (down payment) remains non-refundable.

Scenario 2: Customer DOES NOT Inform

If the customer secures the ticket independently but fails to inform Horawranghae, and Horawranghae has already sent a confirmation such as: "the code can no longer be used / the code has been redeemed / ticket secured", then:

The customer must pay the full ticketing service fee as stated in the terms.

These terms are established to prevent miscommunication and potential losses for both parties.

Promoter & Event-Specific Terms

Additional terms from promoters

Additional Terms & Conditions may apply depending on the event and promoter.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the official promoter's policies.

By making a booking and payment of the booking slot, you declare that:

Have read and understood all applicable terms and conditions

Agree to all terms without exception

Understand that the booking slot payment is NON-REFUNDABLE

Understand that there is no 100% guarantee of obtaining tickets
